تطوير التعليم العالي لتلبية احتياجات سوق العمل في دولة الإمارات إعداد د.بدر الحوسني يعد التعليم العالي من الركائز الأساسية لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، حيث تسعى الدولة إلى مواكبة التطورات السريعة في سوق العمل المحلي والعالمي. ولتحقيق ذلك، يجب تبني استراتيجيات شاملة تهدف إلى تحسين جودة التعليم ورفع كفاءة مخرجاته لتلبية متطلبات العصر واحتياجات القطاعات المختلفة. في هذا السياق، يمكن التركيز على عدد من المحاور الرئيسية: 1. فتح تخصصات حديثة تواكب سوق العمل تشهد دولة الإمارات تحولًا اقتصاديًا نحو القطاعات المستقبلية مثل التكنولوجيا المتقدمة، الذكاء الاصطناعي، والطاقة المتجددة. لذا، يجب العمل على استحداث تخصصات أكاديمية عصرية تلبي هذه المتطلبات وتزويد الطلاب بالمهارات التي يحتاجها سوق العمل المستقبلي. 2. تقليص القبول في التخصصات التقليدية مع تراجع الطلب على بعض التخصصات التقليدية، يصبح من الضروري تقليص القبول في هذه المجالات التي لا تتوفر لها فرص وظيفية كافية. يمكن توجيه الطلاب نحو تخصصات ذات قيمة مضافة واحتياجات سوقية حقيقية، مع توفير الإرشاد الأكاديم...
