More and more businesses are turning to social media not just as a way to connect with customers but also as a way to manage their human resources and tap into their innovation and talent. But it’s not without its perils. Managers need to remember that social media is a tool that needs to be managed to be beneficial.

خضروات ثلاث أحبها الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم ، وكل ما يحبه نحبه لأننا نحب ما يحبه، حبيبنا المصطفى..  خضروات أثبت الطب والعلم فائدتها   اولا الدباء: كان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يحب الدباء، ففي الحديث الصحيح الذي رواه الإمام مسلم في صحيحه عن انس بن مالك رضي الله عنه، قال دعا رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم رجلاً، فانطلقت معه فجيء بمرقة فيها، فجعل رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يأكل من هذا الدباء ويعجبه. قال: فلما رأيت ذلك جعلت ألقيه إليه ولا أطعمه قال فقال أنس: فما زلت بعد يعجبني الدباء. والدباء بضم الدال المشددة هو  ( القرع ) ، حيث يوضح د. الهادي أن زراعته تجود بالمناطق الحارة، وله عدة اسماء منها: القرع العسلي، أو الاستامبولي، أو التركي، وقد يسميه بعضهم بالقرع الأحمر، أو القرع المالطي، ويسمى باليقطين كما ذكر في قوله تعالى: (وَأَنبَتْنَا عَلَيْهِ شَجَرَةً مِّن يَقْطِينٍ). أي على سيدنا يونس، وقد أنبت الله عليه هذه الشجرة؛ لأنها تجمع خصالاً كثيرة منها: برد الظل، والملمس،وعظم الورق، ولا يقع عليه الذباب. وكان النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم يحبه ويقول: ] إنها شجرة أخي يونس[. ...

الفصل الثالث:  السير فوق الخيط الرفيع في مثل هدوء البحر وقوته، وفي مثل تهلل الفجر ووداعته، يقبل الأب على أبنائه بوجهه... ويؤكد: " إنني أسمعكم ، وإنني أريد لكم الخير، اني متفهم لما تشعرون به،  لو كانت عندي نفس أفكاركم لشعرت بنفس الشعور... فهل تسمعون مني ما أراه؟..." ولا يعني ذلك أنه متسامح معهم زيادة عن الحد،  فهذا يفقدهم التوازن المطلوب لمواجهة الحياة بشكل جيد،  وانما يحاول أن يبتعد عن القسوة المبالغ فيها، والتي تخرج أبناء ممتلئين خوفا من هذا العالم..!!. ولاشك أن التوازن بين هذا وذاك مهارة تحتاج غلى تدريب ، ولنؤمن بأننا نربي أبناءنا في زمان غير زماننا. * توجيه بلا غضب: جلسة هادئة دون تأفف من الابن أو التذمر من فعله مع ترك الفرصة الكاملة له كي يعبر عن نفسه ويفرج عن همومه، وإذا ظهر أخطاء حاولنا إصلاحها مع الابتعاد عن الغلظة في التوجيه.....  هذه هي الوصفة الصحيحة لتغيير سلوكيات الأبناء  إلى الأفضل. ولنتأمل معا هذا المشهد النبوي: فهذا غلام يأكل مع رسول الله وتطيش يده في الصفحة فيوجهه الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم قائلا: يا غلام ...سم الله، وكل بيمينك، وكل مما يليك....

تابع للكتاب السابق الفصل الثاني:  السحر الأبيض تحاور ساعة خير من تكرار شهر...هذه حقيقة تؤكدها التجربة...ويشهد لها الواقع ومن هنا يأتي أهمية تحاور المربين مع أبنائهم. فوائد التحاور: 1- التحاور يحترم الذات الإنسانية للأبناء فلا يفرض عليهم خبرات وتجارب الآباء فرضًا بل يترك تلك الخبرات تنمو عن طريق اكتسابها ذاتيًا عبر المناقشة. 2- التحاور يدفع الابن إلى التفكير العميق والملاحظة  والاستنتاج، بعيدًا عن التلقي والحفظ والترديد. 3- ومن ثم تزيد ثقته بنفسه عند طرح الأفكار أو الرد عليها. لذلك يجب على المربين إتقان "فن الحوار"  هذا الفن الذي يتطلب القليل من التروي،  والكثير من التدريب؟!!! طرق الحوار: للحوار طرق كثيرة منها: التعليم، التفاوض، التشجيع ،الاوامر والنواهي،  المشاركة الوجدانية. ولكن معظم المربين تحت ظروف المعيشة يلجأون إلى استخدام نوع معين من الحوارات مثل الإكثار من الانتقادات أو إصدار الأوامر،... " أسرع في ارتداء ملابسك"، "إذهب للنوم"،  "انهض لتستحم"،"  اذهب ومشط شعرك المنكوش"، وهكذا أغلب حديثنا لأبنائنا عبارة عن أوامر. كما أننا في كثير م...
